Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the applicants/petitioners submits that the applicant no.1 is the married sister-in-law of the victim lady and the applicant no.2 is the husband of the applicant no.1. The applicants are not in a position to submit land deed in lieu of local sureties, as directed by the order dated 6th January, 2022 in CRM No.7925 of 2021 and, accordingly, he prays for modification of the conditions. Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State. Answering our query, he submits that upon completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted. Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the materials, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 6th January, 2022 to the effect that the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing 'a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local', is modified to the effect that the petitioners may be released on bail upon furnishing two registered sureties of Rs.10,000/- each. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

The application, being CRAN 1 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.
