We have heard the learned advocates for the parties.

After it was pointed out that the petitioners have not impleaded the persons in whose favour building plan approval has been granted, the learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition after impleading all the parties against whom the petitioners have grievance.

In the light of the said submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
