The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of proceeding in ML Case No. 09 of 2018 under Section 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 pending before the Court of the learned Judge, Special (CBI) Court No. 1, Bichar Bhawan, Calcutta and all order passed therein including Order dated 28.12.2018.

As none appears for the petitioners since the date of filing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
