During the pendency of the instant revision the parties have effectuated compromise of their dispute out of Court. They have filed a joint petition for compromise. A copy of the said application was served upon the learned P.P.-in-charge. However, the learned P.P.-incharge has failed to submit any report of the Investigating Officer. Since the dispute between the parties arose out of commercial transaction and business relationship, which are absolutely private in nature and there is no ramification of State exchequer being involved in the case, this Court accepts the joint petition for compromise. Accordingly, the application for joint compromise is allowed.

Criminal proceeding being G.R. (S) Case No. 1327 of 2021 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Kolkata and the Complaint Case No. C.S. 50084 of 2022 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Kolkata be quashed. The instant revision along with the connected applications is disposed of.
