The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that her clients instructed her to withdraw the contempt application. She further submits that in the meantime, the order dated July 01, 2021 passed by this Court in WPA 11045 of 2020 has already been complied with. The written instruction filed in Court today is taken on record.

In view thereof, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further with this contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 932 of 2021 stands disposed of without any further order. ( Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
