1. This matter is appearing in the list under the heading "Extension of Interim order".

2. Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh, learned advocate for the State submits that the notification which has been challenged in the present writ petition has been withdrawn and cancelled. He files status report of Block Development Officer, Keshiary Development Block & Executive Officer, Keshiary Panchayat Samiti dated 1st September, 2025, which is taken on record.

3. Mr. Rabindranath Mahato, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the notification for leasing out Government water bodies under Keshiary Panchayat Samiti in the category of vested land has been cancelled. The land of the petitioners is not a vested land.

4. In view of cancellation of the impugned notification, the writ petition being WPA 17935 of 2025 has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

7. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
