Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondents.

The innocuous prayer made by the petitioner is that the representation given by the petitioner, annexed at page - 23 of the writ petitioner, be directed to be considered by the respondent no. 2, that is, the Regional Transport Authority, Purba Bardhaman.

Accordingly, WPA No. 18468 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2, the Regional Transport Authority, Purba Bardhaman, to consider and decide on the representation dated August 26, 2019 given by the petitioner (Annexure P/2 at page 23 of the writ petition) as expeditiously as possible, upon giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all interested parties in accordance with law, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no.2.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the respondent no.2, along with a covering letter and server copy, for the respondent no.2 to act upon the same.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
