The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of C. Case No. 318 of 2019 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment.

Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of on merits with the direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of this order, if not already disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
