The rejection of the award, as done by the Sole Arbitrator in the above referred arbitration proceeding, may be challenged upon resorting to an appropriate application in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

The revisional application as such stands dismissed, as withdrawn, giving liberty to petitioner to take recourse to the provisions of the law for challenging the order impugned in this case.

Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the petitioner appearing in person upon retaining a photocopy of the same.
