The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation made before the Sub-divisional Land and Land Reforms Officer, Kakdwip in the month of January 2022.

Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner as it appears that the petitioner's representation is pending consideration for a considerable period of time, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondents - Sub-divisional Land and Land Reforms Officer, Kakdwip - to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest but positively within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall forward a copy of the representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid

respondent at the time of communicating this order.
