Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was never placed before the Test Identification Parade (T.I. Parade) for identification. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, several accuseds were placed for T.I. Parade. The petitioner was one of them. He was identified. He refers to the other coaccused Pritam Hati, who was also identified in the T.I. Parade. Prayer for bail of Pritam Hati was rejected by this Hon'ble Court. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances and considering

the fact that the petitioner was identified in the T.I. Parade, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7933 of 2021 is dismissed.
