The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the proceeding passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in connection with N. Case No. 80 of 2013 arising out of Barasat P.S. Case No. 1134 of 2013 dated 18.05.2013 under Sections 20(b)(ii)/29 of the NDPS Act.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment. Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of on merits with the direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of this order, if not already disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
