Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would make a comprehensive representation before the Vice-Chancellor of the University praying for sitting for the examinations of the sixth semester and for continuation of classes in the seventh semester. Incidentally, she could not fulfill the criteria regarding attendance of classes, first because of her illness and secondly for her participation in organizing cultural programmes for the University as a member of its cultural wing. Reliance is placed on the decision of this Court passed on 05.08.2024 in WPA 18202 of 2024. Learned senior counsel representing the University submits that in the event such representation is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before the Vice-Chancellor of the University, who is requested to consider the same expeditiously and in accordance with law and keeping in mind the decision of this Court in WPA 18202 of 2024. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
