Case No. 71 of 2018 arising out of Barasat P.S. Case No. 228 of 2018 dated 04.04.2018 under Section 21(c) of the NDPS Act, pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment.

Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of on merits with the direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of this order, if not already disposed of.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
