Matters were taken up for consideration on 6th October, 2023 when no one appeared for the parties and matters were fixed for hearing on 13th October, 2023.

On 13th October, prayer for accommodation on behalf of petitioners was made and the same was granted thereby the matters were fixed for hearing today, on 17th October, 2023. It appears that petitioners have lost interest. The writ petitions stand dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated. Applications, if pending, also stand dismissed.
