Mr. Safdar Azam ... for the petitioner Ms. Debjani Sahu ... for the State The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 25th July, 2019 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta in connection with Miscellaneous Case No.14 of 2018 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C thereby directing the husband/petitioner to pay Rs.4,000/- and Rs.2,000/- per month to the wife/opposite party no.2 and the minor child respectively towards their interim maintenance from the date of filing the application, by the end of each succeeding month till the disposal of the case and further directing him to pay Rs.5,000/- as litigation cost to the wife/opposite party no.2 within August, 2019.
Learned advocate on record on behalf of the petitioner has filed a written instruction wherein the petitioner has instructed that he wants to 'not press' the present revisional application. Written instruction be kept with the record.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
Accordingly, considering the materials on record, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
The revisional application is accordingly disposed of as 'not pressed'.
Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Learned counsel for the State to inform the concerned authority about the status of the case.
