The petitioner alleges discrimination in giving him promotion.

His case was considered by the Director of Public Instruction, West Bengal, following an order dated April 18, 2022 passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal.

Since the petitioner seeks his promotion in a Government College, namely Taki Government College, North 24 Parganas, this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court.

The petitioner, however, will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 18482 of 2022 is dismissed.
