The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing of proceeding in case No.CS/93313 of 2018 under Sections 138 and 141 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as amended upto date pending before the Learned 19th Metropolitan Magistrate at Calcutta(Satya Narayan Vs. Upahar Agro Industries Limited & Ors.) and all orders passed therein including order dated 12.10.2018 and 13.11.2018. In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revisional application has now become infructuous and accordingly, is disposed of as infructuous.
