Upon perusal of the complaint filed before the police authorities, it appears to the court that the petitioner has alleged that the respondent nos. 8 to 15 have been trying to dispossess the petitioner. Allegations of verbal abuse and disturbances have been made.

The petitioner had already approached the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate on the selfsame allegations and the learned Magistrate passed an order directing the police authorities to ensure that no breach of peace takes place over the land in question.

Further direction was issued upon the police authorities to stop any unauthorized construction on the land and to maintain law and order in the

locality. The said order was passed on November 18, 2021.

The dispute, if any, is with regard to the right, title and interest over the land in question. The police authorities were already directed by the learned Magistrate to maintain law and order. The police authorities will continue to maintain a strict vigil and ensure that there is no law and order problem in the locality.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
