....For the Respondents State Mr. Evan Roy, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, on instruction from his client, submits that the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this writ petition and to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action and also by incorporating a challenge towards the relevant scheme for compassionate appointment prevailing on the issue. Mr. Amal Kr. Sen, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the State respondents.

In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 18091 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action and also by incorporating the challenge towards the appointment scheme on compassionate ground operating the field, if the petitioner is so advised.
