And In Re Dhiman Das ........ petitioner Mr. Arnab Saha ...... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Ms. Purnima Ghosh ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder and keeping in mind the gravity of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
