Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report. Let the report be kept with the record. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the allegations made by the petitioners are not correct and the property where the members of the club have constructed a club room belongs to PWD, Government of West Bengal.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.9 and 10 are present.

Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.

The police shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place and no member of the club is disturbed without any reason by any unauthorized person.

With the above direction the writ petition being WPA 18886 of 2024 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
