Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. She submits bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected lastly on 02.03.2022. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials connecting the petitioner with the crime. Bail prayer of the petitioner was repeatedly rejected by this court. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
