The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the coordinate Bench of this Court vide CRR 923 of 2016 has quashed the proceedings arising out Chandipur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2011 dated 25.07.2011 under Section 3(I)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1025 of 2011 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur at Tamluk. Let the said order be kept on record.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application arising out of the same police station as aforesaid is become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
