Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 2nd February, 2026 in paragraph nos.10 and 11 mentioning the nomenclature of respondent no.3 as "the Treasury Officer, Purulia' instead of 'the Treasury Officer, Raghunathpur'.

Let the nomenclature of the respondent no.3 in paragraph nos.10 and 11 of aforesaid order be read as 'the Treasury Officer, Raghunathpur' in place of 'the Treasury Officer, Purulia'.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 2nd February, 2026.
