It is submitted by Mr. Routh, learned advocate for the applicants that the order of this Court dated 11.11.2022 passed in C.R.C. 16 of 2022 needs modification. The learned Judge, 10th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta has already permitted the alleged contemnors to increase the height of the existing wall by 2 ft. vide order dated 18.07.2022 passed in Title Suit No. 577 of 2019. 4.

Hence, the last three lines of 4th paragraph of the second page of the order dated 11.11.2022 shall stand deleted.

CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
