On behalf of the petitioner, HDFC Bank Limited, it is submitted that the said bank is not desirous to proceed with the contempt petition any further. The written instruction dated 2nd August, 2012 given by the said bank to its advocate-on-record in this regard is placed before the Court. The same is taken on record.

The contempt proceeding is dropped. The contempt petition is disposed of without any further orders. Rule stands discharged accordingly.
