The alleged contemnor passed a fresh order wherein it has been mentioned that the Committee tried its best to resolve the issue in presence of the petitioners and their learned advocate but after the hearing learned advocate for the petitioners stated that he is not satisfied.

It appears from the submissions made on behalf of both the parties that the contemnors have taken steps for compliance of the direction passed by the Court. A

It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the contemnor before the appropriate forum for relief.

There is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.
