Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 2nd February, 2026 in 5th line of paragraph no.10 mentioning the words as 'gratuity and arrear pension9 instead of 'arrear pension9.

Let the words 'gratuity and9 in 5th line of paragraph no.10 be deleted.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 2nd February, 2026.
