Mr. Aditya Kanodia Ms. Shreya Trivedi ...for the Petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner submits an order dated 20th July, 2018 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Calcutta in connection with the case No. C-1613 of 1986, whereby Learned Trial Court dismissed the said case under Section 256 Cr.P.C. which resulted into the discharge of the accused persons from the proceedings which are under challenge from the said case, in this revisional application.

Therefore, after dismissal of the suit, this petition become redundant and liable to be dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being C.R.R. 2388 of 2017 along with application being CRAN 3 of 2018 stand dismissed as infructuous.

The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. There is no order as to costs.
