The petitioner alleges that the Inspector-in-Charge, Contai Police Station is not taking any steps in response to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 11th July, 2025.

The petitioner alleges that the private respondent who is her husband is visiting the school of her minor children and causing disturbance for which the school is not allowing the school transportation to the children of the petitioner.

Learned advocate representing the private respondent denies the allegation. It has been submitted that private respondent never visited the school of the minor children of the petitioner.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Contain Police Station is directed to take prompt steps in the matter to redress the grievance of the petitioner.

The private respondent is restrained from creating any nuisance before the school where the minor children of the parties are studying.

It will be open for the petitioner and the private respondent to approach the competent forum for remedy of their matrimonial dispute in accordance with law. 7.

Report dated 1st September, 2025 forwarded by the Inspector-in-Charge, Contai Police Station be retained with the records.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

9.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
