Pursuant to the earlier directions dated 13.08.2025 the petitioner being accompanied by the police authorities had been to the premises in search of the stridhan articles, that is, jewellery. However, in spite of efforts, the same resulted in a nil seizure list. Petitioner is aggrieved.

However, I find that police authorities have taken steps pursuant to the directions passed by this Court. If there are further issues involved, petitioner would agitate the same before the learned Magistrate in seisin of Ekbalpore P.S. Case No.425 dated 22.07.2023 after the charge-sheet is submitted before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17991 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
