Petitioners are aggrieved by the excesses being inflicted by the private respondents. It is contended by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners that the private respondents have lost in all the forums up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, but in spite of the same, they are taking away the harvest as well as resisting the cultivation of the petitioners in the schedule property over which in spite of information, no steps are being taken by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that already proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126 of BNSS.

Since the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute between the petitioners and

the private respondents, I am of the opinion that in case there is violation of law and order, police authorities would impose themselves in such a manner that the dispute and difference between the petitioners and the private respondents is not blown out of proportion.

In case further inconveniences are faced by the petitioners, petitioners would inform the local police station or their superior officer.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 17990 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
