Kutub Uddin ....for the State Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by conduct of the prosecution in delaying the proceedings. Learned advocate for the state submits that the next date is fixed for hearing on 20th January, 2022 for consideration of charge.

In view of the submission so advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner as also for the State, learned trial Court is directed to exhaust the stage of consideration of charge on the next date so fixed or within a fortnight from the date thereafter.

The learned trial Court will thereafter fix regular dates so that the trial Court can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2405 of 2021 is disposed of.
