1. Petitioners contend they are not named in the FIR. They pray for bail.

2. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record including videography of the incident. The video shows presence of the petitioners at the place of occurrence as assailants.

4. In view of the aforesaid electronic evidence and gravity of offence we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
