In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on the condition that he will not enter the jurisdiction of Bhatpara Police Station and is to meet with the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdiction where he would reside once in a week.

So far as the aforesaid condition is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that the petitioner further need not meet with the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station where he would reside. However, the petitioner will make himself available on each and every date before the learned trial court. So far as the other condition to stay outside the jurisdiction of Bhatpara Police Station is concerned, the same will continue till further orders of this Court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
