This is an application for amendment in respect of name and address of appellant/applicant no.1. It is the submission of the learned advocate for the appellant that the instant appeal was disposed of vide order dated June 30, 2023. The Insurance Company is directed to pay the compensation within eight weeks from the date of passing of this order.

The learned advocate for the Insurance Company submitted that the cheque is ready in favour of the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta and they ready to deposit the same.

It is the submission of the learned advocate for the appellant that the appellant no.1 i.e. the widow of the deceased remarried with one Sudip Ghosh. Consequently, her title was changed as Smt. Rimpa Ghosh and the

address has also been changed to that effect. So, he prayed for necessary amendment. It appears to me that widow of the deceased has re-married with another person. Consequently, the dependency of appellant no.1 is lost. So, the appellant no.1 is not entitled to get the compensation.

Considering the same, the instant CAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of with the direction that the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta shall disburse the compensation amount in favour of the appellant nos. 2 and 3 in equal shares.

Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of.
