However, Staterespondents are represented by learned advocate. The matter was taken up on 26th June, 2023 for hearing when the learned advocate for the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the municipality and matter has been fixed for hearing today, 18th July, 2023. It appears petitioner has lost interest.

Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
