1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the last order of rejection of anticipatory bail, the dispute between the petitioner and his wife has been settled amicably.

2. Learned counsel for the de facto complainant has agreed with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The de facto complainant is personally present.

3. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter.

4. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, we allow this application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner (Najrul Islam Sekh) shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 2,000/- with one registered surety of like amount, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioners shall cooperate with investigation and appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar, Nadia within two weeks form date.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
