The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to provide a detailed, reasoned order on the rejection of the Petitioner's application (Application ID:

20220221329901) and Reconsider the application lawfully, considering his eligibility and proximity as per Clause 7.

On hearing the parties and on perusal of the materials on record it appears that the petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of meeting all requirements his application has been rejected without any reason for such a rejection being informed to him.

It appears that on 14th July, 2025 the petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the concerned authorities but till date the said representation is pending consideration.

Considering the said facts and on hearing the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 5, the District Controller shall consider the representation dated 14.07.2025 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, on hearing the parties, by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.

It is directed that the authority concerned shall inform the exact reasons for which the petitioner's application was not considered.

7.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
