The petitioner has challenged the rejection of her candidature in a recruitment process initiated by the West Bengal Health Recruitment Board by an advertisement dated April 19, 2022 for appointment of Homoeopathic Pharmacist. The recruitment process under challenge is admittedly in respect of an appointment under the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal i.e for a government job. In view of the provisions of Section 15 read with Section 28 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 this Court lacks the jurisdiction to receive try and determine the writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh on the self-same ground if permissible in law before the appropriate forum.
