Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an complaint on 14.06.2024 before the Officer-in-Charge, Garfa Police Station and prays for consideration of the complaint made by the petitioner upon the Officer-incharge, Garfa Police Station. Mr. Washim Ahmed appears for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4 submits that the rent receipts of the rented premises annexed with the writ petition are deposited to the respondent no. 4 and the petitioner has already vacated the tenanted premises being 15Q, Telipara Lane, Dhakuria, Police Station- Garfa, Kolkata-700031. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Let the police authorities take appropriate steps in accordance with law to the complaint dated

14.06.2024 made by the petitioner and shall also keep a sharp vigil at the locale.

Since the instant writ petition being WPA 18853 of 2024 is disposed of without calling for any affidavits from the respondent, the allegations contained in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted by the respondent.

There shall be no order as to costs.
