The petitioner claims that the private respondents are encroaching upon a portion of his patta land. The Egra Police has filed a report dated February 7, 2023 stating that there is some dispute with regard to the demarcation of the petitioner's land. The said report of the Egra Police Station be kept with the records. This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is wholly civil in nature and it should be agitated before the civil and statutory forum.

The Egra Police shall ensure no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition shall stand disposed of.
