Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Mahata, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the case was initiated on March, 2023 and charge-sheet was submitted on May, 2023 but till date copies have not been served.

Having regard to the plight of the present petitioner who has been implicated in connection with the case under Sections 341/376C/506/109/34 of IPC, I direct that on the next date so fixed learned trial court would take steps for supply of copies and within a month thereafter would complete the process of commitment so that records are transmitted to the learned sessions court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2803 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
