Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead with respect to certain plots of land. Earlier also there were writ petitions which were preferred. The police report encloses a report by the BL&LRO.

So far as the land is concerned, since both the parties are claiming their stake, it is directed if there is any dispute regarding the right, title and interest they would approach the appropriate forum for deciding the same.

So far as the police authorities are concerned, police authorities would only restrict

themselves to the extent that if there is any violation of law and public order then only they would take steps so that the dispute is not blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18103 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
