The instant revisional application is pending since 2012. Several dates, fixed previously, went adjourned for the non appearance of the petitioner. The order dated 26th March, 2011 passed by learned ACJM, Uluberia granting maintenance to wife and her children at the rate mentioned in the impugned order. The husband/petitioner has challenged the order granting maintenance by filing the instant revisional application. Petitioner appears to have lost his interest over this matter. No use of keeping the matter listed any more.

The revisional application being CRR 2511 of 2012, accordingly dismissed for default.

Department is directed to make communication of this order to concerned learned Court below within a week from this date for information.
