The writ petitioners pray for an order on the respondent no.2 being the Sub-Divisional Officer-cumExecutive Magistrate, Tehatta Sub-Division, Tehatta, Nadia to dispose of a Notice of hearing, which was issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehatta, Nadia on 25th February, 2022.

The petitioners appeared in the hearing but counsel submits that no order has yet been passed by the concerned Officer till date.

The State is not represented.

Private respondents are represented.

W.P.A.18520 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.2 being the SubDivisional Officer-cum-Executive Magistrate, Tehatta Sub-Division, Tehatta, Nadia to pass a reasoned order pursuant to the hearing held on 10th March, 2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioners within a week from the date of passing such order.
