The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 17.04.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia in Complaint Case No.429C/2007. Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate while passing the impugned order, I am of the view that the same is logical and adhering to the principles of law. Thus, CRR 2513 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
