In view of the subject matter of challenge which is a maintenance of Rs.2000/- per month in a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to interfere with the order so passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Basirhat.

The trial of the case is pending. If the petitioner is able to adduce the evidence in that case, the learned Magistrate will reconsider his order, which has been passed as an interim measure. .

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2804 of 2023 is disposed of.
