Perused the case diary.

It appears that in a fight between neighbours, the victims were seriously assaulted, one with a knife on the neck and another at the forehead with iron rod, which required stitches to repair the wound.

It also appears that a female member of the family was granted anticipatory bail by a Division Bench of this Court, albeit, after taking note of the fact that she was a lady. Considering the above and the incriminating materials available in the case diary and in view of the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2810 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
